“(Seimas – ELTA) is preparing to work very actively. There are such strange examples: a faction that presented 15 personal bills has now proposed 80 bills. In other words, it is already an electoral program,” he said on Wednesday V. Pranckietis on the radio program “Pozicija”.
According to the president of Seimas, a large number of projects have been presented for this session.
“There are 700 projects, plus those that accompany it, so there really is a lot to present. (…) It can be called that it offers an agenda to heaven. It will simply be announced, but we always work in solidarity with all factions and include all proposals in the work program for the fall session, (…) and then we set priorities, ”said the Spokesperson for Seimas.
“If more projects are presented than there were in the previous session, it means that it is an electoral session. Keep in mind that it will only be until the beginning of November. There will be another majority, the Government, the Government program, and those projects will remain in the drawer or will be transferred to the future Government’s program ”, added V. Pranckietis.
The last session of the Seimas of this legislature will begin on September 10.
