The news portal alfa.lt reported on the conflict between the Employment Service and Rolandas Gutauskas. It turns out that the man himself applied to the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court (VAAT) for a decision of the Employment Service ordering him to return part of the subsidy: 1,472 euros.
The office made the decision after discovering that Roland had spent money buying furniture and other important tools for the job, especially from his wife.
Later, the man himself admitted that he used part of the amount to purchase goods (table, office chairs) and services (ADS, SEO, management, development and training of e-shop) from D. Gutauskienė.
By signing a contract with the Employment Service in 2020 in July, you became a recipient of a grant committed to creating a mail order or online job. However, it appears that the man did not fulfill these commitments.
According to alfa.lt., R. Gutauskas indicated to the court that, in his opinion, the mere fact of having bought services and goods from his spouse, who is engaged in individual activities and purposely sells office furniture and provides ADS, SEO, Email . commerce, management, development, training services does not mean that the contract signed has been breached or that there has been an illegal act, violated the principle of transparency of acquisitions or abused the subsidy.
Despite the fact that R. Gutauskas submitted an application to the court, it has not yet been investigated on the proposal of the Employment Service to return only a part of the subsidy. According to said portal, in the opinion of the court, in the absence of a final decision of the Employment Service indicating that the money not used in accordance with the rules must be returned, and not offered to return it, such a case cannot be considered.
