According to the case data, G. Madeckaitė was repeatedly convicted of robbery in 2019. On May 9, on the territory of a private house he stabbed an acquaintance.

The woman was intoxicated with alcohol, which undoubtedly influenced the commission of the crime.

In the event of a conflict between her and the AP, the woman deliberately struck the victim on the nose with an unidentified object. The man collapsed after the blow.

The woman then stabbed the victim at least 72 times with a sharp object to the victim’s head, neck, hand and right calf. The injuries caused external and internal bleeding.

The AP soon died at the scene. Experts have confirmed that AP died of severe physical pain and suffering.

After evaluating the evidence gathered, the court had no doubts about G. Madeckaitė’s guilt. Usually, murder in Lithuania is paid for up to 10 years in prison, but this time, due to a very cruel crime, the woman was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

As already mentioned, the murdered brother of G. Madeckaitė was sentenced to 20 thousand. compensation for moral damage. The murderer was also ordered to pay pecuniary damage of 1,205 euros.

He remembered the moment of the conflict

G. Madeckaitė fully admitted to the court that he had committed a crime. She said the AP knew the man was her ex-husband’s uncle.

That day, AP came to a one-person house, where G. Madeckaitė was at the time, and invited her to help lay firewood. The woman agreed.

At approximately 11 a.m. M. went with him to the farm where he lives, ordered him there, worked. The owner of that farm arrived, brought fat, alcohol.

That day was very hot, so she decided to take a bath. When he returned to the gazebo, he slipped, hung the glass painting on the bench with his right hand, fell and crashed.

The AP was very angry about that, they started yelling at him, cursing with all kinds of words. As the conflict escalated, the woman said she saw a knife in the AP’s hands.

The woman admitted to being very furious at the time, angry. She took a knife from him and stabbed her husband. True, how many times stabbed, I do not remember.

G. Madeckaitė said he remembers stabbing himself in the chest 4-5 times, taking the first blows while standing, but everything went dark.

He stepped back and dropped the knife somewhere in the gazebo. G. Madeckaitė stated that he tried to revive his victim. There was a lot of blood. He searched the phone but couldn’t find it. He said he wanted to ask for help.

Later, the woman ran to the road, stopped the car the driving instructor was driving in, and called for an ambulance. However, she did not return to the scene, although the instructor told her to wait for an ambulance on the road.

He went to the house of an acquaintance and said something to him like “I killed an AP.” G. Madeckaitė washed, dressed and waited for the police in disguise. He learned that AP died while at the police station.

When they told her that she had received 72 blows, the woman could not believe it. He said he did not immediately admit guilt, he was silent for two months because he could not realize that he had killed the man. He was found to be 1.78 per thousand intoxicated, but sobriety would have done the same, alcohol had no effect.

G. Madeckaitė explained that she did not believe that piercing a knife could kill a person because she was “overwhelmed”. It turned out that he had previously wounded a man with a knife. True, then everything ended happily.

I lost a brother

Brother of the killer Č. P. told the court that G. Madeckaitė had to see his brother AP and his friend. On the day of the event around 6 pm he called the owner of the house and told him to go home because there was an ambulance. Then he found out that his brother had been killed.

AP was his twin brother, he lived on a farm with his owner because he divorced his family, and that man asked to take over the farm, the farm. The brother abused alcohol, but often came to him to celebrate the holidays together.
