Many passions were aroused by the planned construction of a new Rimi store on Džiaugsmo street, and last year, after a discussion with the public, the project was returned to the supplier for improvement. Adjusted images of the mall are being sent to the public for reconsideration.

The total area of ​​the building was reduced by 256 mtwo until 2054two. The project proposals discuss two variants of the building: mirror images of each other. It is planned to install 114 m in the revised objecttwo restaurant, pharmacy, post office and 1282mtwo area of ​​the commercial hall, which will be dedicated to the Rimi retail chain.

The drawings also indicate that 7 trees will be felled, 77 will be preserved, and up to 79 new trees will be planted.
