There was also an explanation from the officials who intervened in the incident: “We arrived at the invitation of the neighbors to meet at home, to the conflict, to fight. There was blood on the stairs. The door was opened by a woman with a boy whose lip had been pierced. When we entered the apartment, we found 5 more people. One of them had his pants ripped, indicating that there was considerable conflict.
In an attempt to identify data from all individuals, we were constantly being replicated in various ways, with no answer to questions. He explained that he was celebrating the return of a friend from the area. We just wanted to collect data and write a protocol for quarantine breach. Then people started filming us, the guy who was out of the area quietly told the others that the quote was “with *** am these musarus”.
Seeing inappropriate behavior on the part of people at the scene, the help of colleagues was sought. The guy the telescope was used against posed a real threat to us with his actions, as did the other remaining men.
Evaluating the situation, the state of the offenders, the aggressiveness, the degree of danger of the personality, the decision was made to arrest them immediately, which was done. At the same time, a woman and another girl were bothering us, so they pushed them further.
The guy who left the area was held back by another girl, but he kept pushing her and tried to contact us, so gas was used. Faced with this situation, the decision was made to detain people who behave inappropriately and intoxicated without waiting for them to attack us ”.
