Border guards filmed from a helicopter how the Belarusian regime is carrying out a hybrid attack against Lithuania.

“We have evidence that Belarusian officials are involved in organizing illegal migration,” the Interior Ministry (MoI) said on a Facebook account on Tuesday.

On Sunday, an illegal group of migrants was escorted from a FRONTEX helicopter participating in the operation in the Šalčininkai district, accompanied by an agency car and its occupants. Vehicles of this model are used by officials of the Belarusian State Border Committee, notes the Interior Ministry on Facebook.

During daylight hours, from the air, using extremely advanced surveillance and recording equipment, a group of about 20 people come from far away on the Belarusian side to the border with Lithuania. The migrants likely did not walk the entire way, but FRONTEX officials did not see a bus or other support vehicle in sight.

However, this episode speaks volumes: when there is a relatively short distance to the border with Lithuania, a strong person separates from the group: the man returns to the probably SUV, sits inside, and the driver of the latter backs up in the direction opposite the companion. the migrants, finding the most comfortable place, turn onto a country road in poor condition. Subsequently, this departmental car is registered returning to the depths of Belarus.

The fact that hundreds of immigrants are arriving in Lithuania with the blessing of the Minsk regime has been announced and talked about for a long time. The Belarusian dictator has directly threatened to flood our country with refugees and drugs, at least due to the threat of migrants.

According to preliminary data, 185 migrants who illegally crossed the border between Belarus and Lithuania were detained last day alone, the Statistics Department announced on Tuesday.

A total of 4,026 foreigners entered Lithuania illegally this year.

Lithuania has declared an emergency situation due to the increase in illegal migration, BNS recalls. The country’s officials take the position that the increase in migratory flows is an organized action of the Minsk regime against Lithuania.
