Armed guards were on duty with the engines running in the SUV
On J. Biliūno Street, surrounded by pine trees, which runs near the bank of the Nemunas River, behind a blind metal fence with video, is a sizable building that reaches the height of the road. Walking down the street you can only see the upper part, and what is happening in the yard is blocked by a tall fence.
The locals are well aware that there is a truly extraordinary personality behind this fence: one of the Šuliniai group, nicknamed by the Daškiniai group, who previously worked and was terrifying, is constantly guarded by bodyguards armed with combat weapons.

“It just came to our knowledge then. On the street, near his house, there were vans with the engines running all the time. Probably so that, in case of danger, the bodyguards sitting in them could react immediately,” he told the portal Delfi a businessman who had previously lived near Kačerginė.
He remembered not having the most pleasant confrontation with these guards. Driving through R. Dromantas’ house in an expensive car, he somehow aroused suspicion among the guards.
They didn’t bother to follow the man in their cars to the store, they went after him to see who he was.

He called his chosen lifestyle house arrest
Not surprisingly, people who spoke of an unusual neighborhood due to this resident’s criminal record have asked not to mention their first and last names.
“It just came to our notice then. Although he himself is a non-intrusive person, who lives in his yard as if under house arrest, no one knows if he will be attacked. After all, keeping guards costs a lot, and there is probably one. serious reason for that. It would definitely not be fun if someone crossing the street through this house came up with the idea of firing a grenade launcher at him, and his guards would organize counterattacks, “said one of the residents of Kačerginė.
According to neighbors, R. Dromantas has lived here for almost two decades. According to the Records Center, the house, surrounded by an impressive fence, consists of three lots with buildings. The property does not belong to R. Dromantas, the property is registered in the name of a woman, apparently her lifelong friend.
After connecting the three plots, the impressive courtyard borders two streets: J. Biliūnas and Nemunas. Two doors were installed, presumably to allow escape through the emergency exit in case of danger.

In the courtyard – pool and security rooms
Previously, there were rumors that R. Dromantas had turned his house into an insurmountable fortress. The fence around your farm is bulletproof, all the windows in the house are made of special bulletproof glass, and even the roof is specially reinforced to protect it from air attacks. As long as such assumptions are correct, it appears that only the resident of this house can answer.
Although the guards’ vans are no longer on the street, at the doors of this house, the people who live in the neighborhood said they were nowhere to be found.
“It just came to our knowledge then. In the courtyard, at the gate, there is a guardhouse. At the other end of the plot, where Nemunas Street is, there is another house where they live,” said a woman who lives nearby.
When asked if she had any contact with Dromantas herself, the woman admitted that she had never spoken to a neighbor.
“I had to communicate with his servants, but not with him. This year he was somewhat restless, digging something, constantly transporting the lands. Perhaps the pads were placed, although they seemed already in place,” said the old woman from Kačerginė.

The militants who broke into the house broke through the fence
The woman recalled how the Aro team fighters broke into R. Dromantas’ house last Wednesday morning. According to the neighbor, the officers had a ladder, propped them up against a high fence and clung to the interior.
“When they supported the ladder, a beep was heard, similar to what happens when a garbage truck is assembling containers. I kept thinking that I hadn’t taken my container outside, as if it wasn’t the day the garbage collectors were supposed to arrive. I looked out the window and saw about ten men climbing a ladder through a fence to a neighbor’s lot. There were many Aro officers around, and there were them in my yard. I greeted them through the window, they greeted me, ”said R. Dromantas’s neighbor.
When asked if R. Dromantas did not cause problems with his chosen behavior or lifestyle, the interviewee moved on to the topic of conversation. Other people who have spoken do not want to answer this question either.

Another suspect, R. Užukauskas-Rublis, also lived in fear.
Armed bodyguards constantly accompanied not only R. Dromantas-Ilgas, but also Robertas Užukauskas-Ruble, whom he called his right hand. He was also arrested on suspicion of having contributed to the murder of former comrade and gang leader R. Daškevičius.
“Some time ago I had to rent a place in the center of Kaunas, in a house where it seems that R. Užukauskas lived or worked. It was a bit strange that a man named Robertuk from other neighbors didn’t take a single step unaccompanied, I only found out about his past later. When I left the apartment or returned home, the companions first checked the staircase, ”recalled the Kaunas resident who rented the premises in the center of Kaunas.
Always fearful for his life, R. Užukauskas has founded R&R Consulting, a Kaunas registered company, and officially serves as its director. It is said to be a company that generates official income for these actors, and its name encrypts the names of both “Daškiniai” – Robertas and Rolandas.
According to publicly available data, this company employs 5 people, uses 4 cars – 2 owned, 2 – leased.
