According to her, a large part of the new cases are located in Kaunas and Šiauliai counties.
“Raseiniai and Radviliškis in Šiauliai county, in Šiauliai itself; the situation is more of those critical points, of those cities, where it is widespread, so many cases are counted,” said A. Vžesniauskaitė.
The NVSC announced on Saturday that 111 new cases of coronavirus had been detected last day. Of these, 61 cases were registered in Kaunas county, 23 in Šiauliai, 16 in Vilnius, five in Telšiai, four in Panevėžys and one in each of Klaipėda and Tauragė counties. In previous days, 114 and 138 cases were registered in the country.
