VERT also draws the attention of consumers to exercise caution when providing personal data to obtain an offer or contract from independent providers.

After the liberalization of the retail electricity supply market, the purchase price and supply of electricity, which is about 48 percent. the final price of electricity will no longer be regulated. The other part of the price – transmission, distribution and services of public interest of electricity – will continue to be regulated.
The public information website selectitetiekeja.lt currently lists five independent electricity providers for the population: Elektrum Lietuva, Enefit, Inregnum, Perlas Energija, Ignitis.
