During the quarantine, the opening hours of some Maxima stores are shortened

“Store opening hours are being shortened to accommodate the changing needs of customers as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also want to reduce the workload of our employees by assessing the potential risks of infection. COVID-19 is constantly spreading. We are monitoring the situation and, if necessary, working hours will be further adjusted in some Lithuanian municipalities or in our individual stores, “says Ernesta Dapkienė, Director of the Communication and Image Department of Maxima.

Remember that, after part of the summer season, the opening hours of the Maxima stores have already been adjusted. According to E. Dapkienė, for the autumn period, the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic has been taken into account when planning the opening hours of stores, when both employees and customers must comply with safety rules and requirements more strict. The distribution of customer flows was also evaluated and analyzed so that everyone could comfortably plan their purchases.

From almost a hundred Maxima stores operating throughout Lithuania, as of November 7. the opening hours of 27 stores are being modified or have already been modified.

Five stores in Vilnius, two stores in Marijampolė and a few stores in Alytus, Daugai, Druskininkai, Viečiūnai, Kėdainiai, Rokiškis, Radviliškis, Joniškis, Kupiškis, Pasvalys, Biržai, Vabalninke, Štešie, ŠilŠilŠpalan.
