As a doctor at a regional hospital, E. Kulikauskas clearly sees his mission in his new position.

The new public consultant does not rule out the possibility of using the sharp pen of a “Cynical Surgeon” to translate medical issues into human language, if it were useful for the Minister to work in this position.
SAM recalls that, by virtue of a Government Law, the Minister may, during his term, have public consultants who, at the Minister’s request, provide him with free consultations, proposals, conclusions and other information.
