In the evening, the accident took place near the home of the President of Lithuania: on Stepono Batoro Street, near the Pūčkoriai outcrop, BMW got into a confrontation and crashed into a Toyota driven by a woman.
The front of the car is heavily studded and the BMW is on the side. Still, BMW drivers were not injured. Probably another car still crashed during the accident. It was immediately reported that the BMW driver was probably drunk. The driver justifies not drinking today.

The police officers verified the drunkenness at the scene. The alcohol meter showed almost one and a half per thousand. The driver was lucky: he avoided criminal cases for drunkenness. However, criminal proceedings can be initiated for the accident. The woman was hit during the accident, it all depends on how badly she was hit.
According to preliminary data, a rebellious BMW crashed into the curb and damaged the wheel. The car bounced off the pavement to the other side and flew to the opposite side. If the injuries are minor, the perpetrator can avoid criminal prosecution. However, the perpetrator will not go unpunished for drunkenness and accident: he will receive a solid administrative fine and will lose his driving license if he has it. In this case, the right to drive can be revoked for up to five years.
