Already on Sunday, many drivers tried to reach the city center on Black Road after changing the organization of traffic at this intersection. Last week, the Vilnius city municipality released information that “the grandiose reconstruction of the intersection of Liepkalnio, Žirnių streets and Minsk highway has reached the finish line,” so the organization of the workplace traffic: the new tunnel and the viaduct are partially permitted.
