The disaster occurred shortly before midnight, around 11 pm 22 min. In Kaunas district, Ražiškės village, Rokai street, when three cars collided.

Experts have warned that a common driver error occurs at high speeds. According to them, this is not a case by case case, but they have warned that the roads have been very slippery in recent days and drivers often do not opt for safe speeds.
