The load of wood is often just an imitation, and a cache has formed inside it, but in this case an X-ray examination revealed that the floor of the truck’s semi-trailer had a hiding place – cavities where 2,800 cigarette packs were found Belarusians from New Zealand. Smuggling, the truck and its driver were detained, and a pre-trial investigation for cigarette smuggling was launched in the Vilnius Section of the Criminal Customs Service (CCS), led by prosecutors from the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
