According to him, there can be no “breeding” places for cats on the territory of the hospital, where cats are kept, raised and fed. At the beginning of July, 6 cats and a pregnant cat were captured, but at that time, the staff of the Šiauliai Animal Care Home reported that something had damaged the cage that the cat had to catch.
The employee complained not only about the broken cage, but also about the insulting words of several women. The women who fed the cats were once again warned not to feed or care in the area of the animal hospital and instructed to allow the staff of the animal care home to do their work, ”she says.
According to R. Varon, homeless dogs and flying seagulls were observed near the food left behind, which can be carriers of various diseases. Therefore, in September, a call was made to the Šiauliai Animal Care Home again to inform them if the well could be filled, but no contact was made.
“Since the spring, cats have been seen several times in the basement of the existing building, walking along the old pipe routes. The wells were filled only from the outside, preventing new animals from entering the tracks.
