The virus was detected during a routine examination on December 24. The technician from Spain is isolated at home and monitored by doctors.
As a result, the German league match against Weisenfels MBC was postponed.
Other members of the team have tested negative, but the entire team will be tested again on Sunday.
Tuesday at 9 pm ALBA must host Kaunas “Žalgiris” in the Euroleague match at home.
On Saturday it was announced that Žalgiris LKL’s match with Utena Juventus, to be played tomorrow, was postponed. Additional cases of COVID-19 were identified in Utena’s team.
