After a hiatus of several weeks, positive COVID-19 cases were detected again in Euroleague clubs.

The AX Armani Exchange in Milan reported that two basketball players had contracted the coronavirus at the club. Both have been isolated and the Milan team is preparing to play in the Italian championship today.

This is the third time this season that coronavirus cases have been recorded on the AX Armani Exchange. The first wave of the virus hit the team in late summer and the second in the fall.

The coronavirus cases did not escape the Crvena Zvezda team in Belgrade, whose training process was suspended. Currently, the entire team is in self-isolation awaiting the results of the coronavirus tests.

As a result, tonight’s match between Crvena Zvezda and Cedevita Olimpia from Ljubljana has been canceled.

Crvena Zvezda is expected to play for local Zenit in St. Petersburg on Tuesday, and the Milan team will host Vitoria’s Baskonia at home on Wednesday.
