The country’s hospitals are currently treating 2,448 COVID-19 patients, 199 of whom are in resuscitation, Statistics Lithuania said Sunday.
1,523 patients are treated with oxygen masks and 113 people are given artificial lung ventilation.
Hospitals occupied a total of 7,324 beds out of 16,624.
Of the 681 resuscitation beds, 425 were occupied. Of the 635 beds adapted for lung ventilation, 273 were occupied. Of the 6,370 beds that could be treated with oxygen masks, 2,624 were occupied.

Most of the deaths from COVID-19 were 60 to 69 years old.
26 people died last day from COVID-19, 10 of them between the ages of 60 and 69, according to data released by the Statistics Department on Sunday.
Eight of the dead belonged to the age group 80 to 89 years and six to the age group 70 to 79 years.
One of the deceased was between 50 and 59 years old and the other between 90 and 99 years old.

11 people died in Kaunas county, four in Klaipėda, three in Panevėžys, two in Vilnius, Šiauliai and Marijampolė, and one in Telšiai and Tauragė.
16 men and 10 women died last day.
