Hospitals are currently treating 992 COVID-19 patients, 90 of them in resuscitation, Statistics Lithuania said Thursday.

Oxygen is added to 796 patients and 62 patients receive artificial lung ventilation.

79 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized per day.

The coronavirus currently has 20 doctors and 86 nurses, 10 and 25 in isolation, respectively.

In Lithuania, since the start of the pandemic, COVID-19 has affected 192 thousand people. 193 people.

According to the declared data, 58 thousand people are still sick. There are 377 people infected, but it is statistically estimated that there should be significantly fewer sick people: 8,811 people.

Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė said Wednesday that department stores, seeking ingenious ways to open by easing quarantine, are violating her requirements. According to the Prime Minister, such cases must be evaluated by officials.

The government has allowed a separate entrance from the open one for shops with an area of ​​less than 300 square meters since this week.
