Currently, the priority is our customers, so we have established a line direct where victims can contact and find the information they need.

“We work closely with the police, explaining the circumstances, the place, the time, how to reduce the possible consequences that may be associated with the theft of personal data,” he said.

K. Kaikaris claims that criminals do not have data on payment cards and driver’s licenses, because the company does not collect this information.

K. Kaikaris advises affected users not to panic and to change their password not only on the CityBee system, but also on others.
