Representatives of embassies and well-known people residing in Lithuania will open the fair in the open air, according to the security requirements, the organizers announced.
The 18th International Christmas Fair will be opened by Andrea Kedmenec, Chairperson of the Christmas Fair Committee of the Vilnius International Women’s Association, wife of the Croatian Ambassador to Lithuania, Birutė Vizgirdienė, Honorary Patron of the International Christmas Fair, Ambassadors of Goodwill Florist Mantas Petruškevičius, Miss Lithuania 2019 public figure Lidija Rasutis. The country’s first lady, Diana Nausėdienė, will broadcast wishes remotely.
The funds raised during the fair will traditionally be donated to 15 Lithuanian organizations concerned with the welfare of children, women, the disabled and the elderly.
Online trading – iccb.shop – will take place from December 1 to 22.
Previously, this fair was held at the Vilnius City Hall.
