When journalists from the portal contacted the representative of the Šiauliai County Police Chief Commissariat (VPK) Artūras Šliavas, he said that the incident in Kuršėnai, Vilniaus Street, is known to officials and presented his version.

But when no other action could be taken due to his aggressive behavior, he had to use physical force.
