Kęstutis Knizikevičius, director of the Biržai Emergency Operations Center, stated that more than 20 people had gathered to congratulate the anniversary.
“I see a violation of not being an outsider. That has been said and, as far as I know, the mayor has written to the director of the institution to explain the situation, and it will be decided what to do next, ”K. Knizikevičius told LNK News.
Audronė Garšvaitė, deputy mayor of the municipality, stated that more than ten people greeted the doctor and was surprised by his abundance.
“I was expecting some people and I was really confused when I saw it, but when we arrived we decided to greet such an honorable person,” she said.
