Vilerbana’s ASVEL will join the Euroleague battle on Tuesday with Kaunas “Žalgiris”. The French club have announced that Žalgiris’ Antoine Diot and former Dergick Walton will not help the team that has won six times in a row.
Arriving in France in January, Walton managed to play four Euroleague games, during which he spent an average of 19 minutes on the court, scoring 6.3 points, making 2 assists and bouncing 1 ball.
Diot is competing an average of 18 minutes this season, with 5.9 points, 3.1 assists and 1.9 rebounds.
Thomas Heurtel, who joined the team after the Euroleague inter-club migration deadline, can only represent ASVEL in the French championship.
Žalgiris won the first battle between them in Vilerban 83:74.
