On Friday morning in Petrašiūnai, bystanders observed the man’s arrest operation. The kauno.diena.lt portal was hit by a video of a man attacking the street to avoid the officers and trying to defend himself surrounded by policemen who are wasting their time trying to defend themselves.
Police representatives told the kauno.diena.lt portal that the action took place on R. Kalantos street.
A man describes himself as an antisocial person. The story began when officers were summoned because this person could have been drinking alcohol on the stairs.
The report was received by officers at 9.15am.
According to police, the man was arrested and officials were not injured.
The Kaunas police representative, Odeta Vaitkevičienė, informed the kauno.diena.lt portal that the detainee, a 64-year-old sober man, showed zeros on the breathalyzer.
“Before trying to go out on the street, he tried to get on the bus, but the driver would not let him in. Then the action moved to the middle of the street,” said O. Vaitkevičienė.
Officials deprived the man of the man by beating him with a stick.
