“We have a real opportunity to change the mood in Lithuania and bring about real changes in education, human rights and the economy.

However, there was still half of the Seimas to choose! A prerequisite for real changes is that there should be as many truly liberal politicians in the new Seimas and Government as possible, ”wrote A. Armonaitė on Facebook.

In addition to her party’s candidates in the second round, the politician expressed her support in the second round for Viktorija Čmilyte-Nielsen, president of the Liberal Movement, who is running in the Old Town-Žvėrynas district.

He also called for “the election of the most liberal candidates in his constituency who can contribute to real change for Lithuania.”

Seek the widest possible representation of the party in the Seimas

A. Armonaitė has already expressed the position that he will strive for the best possible representation of his party in the Seimas and promises to fight in the single-member states where his party’s candidates will meet with the Conservatives.

“We are not involved in any negotiations. We are preparing for twelve battles, where the Freedom Party candidates will fight the Lithuanian Christian National-Democratic Union (TS-LKD) candidates on individual members. This means we will have to find out. who is stronger in those single-member constituencies and what weight will he have in the Seimas. Then it will be possible to talk about cooperation, “said Aušrinė Armonaitė, president of the Freedom Party.

Such behavior seems natural to the party president.

“Well, what to do for the party, which out of twelve single-member candidates opposed the TS-LKD twelve candidates? We want to mobilize our voters so that they can move to the second round and that the voice of the Freedom Party is even stronger in the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. Then it would be easier to negotiate with any political party, including TS-LKD, ”said A. Armonaitė.
