The second step is planning

The manager of the rehabilitation project selects a company through a competition that prepares the initial version of the investment plan for the modernization of an apartment building. To avoid miscommunication during the meeting, the investment plan is presented to each apartment owner for information two weeks prior to public discussion on renovation issues.

The third step is to discuss and approve the plan.

Subsequently, the plan developer presents the prepared investment plan to all apartment owners at a meeting organized by the project manager. It answers the questions of the neighbors, explains the current technical and energy state of the house and why it is necessary to implement one or another energy saving measure.

At the meeting, the manager of the renovation project should also provide an estimated budget and list the wishes of the residents, for example, what technological solutions to apply when insulating the facade, or change only the outer door, or the tambourine door, etc.

It is the duty of the manager to carefully explain and list the wishes of the residents and to prepare an investment plan for the modernization of the house, which has been approved by the apartment owners. According to the wishes expressed by the population

If the investment plan meets all the established requirements, an ordered list of financed projects is drawn up according to the criteria specified in the call and a state support agreement is signed.
