“The construction works for all the houses in Nemunaičiai are going according to schedule, and with the contribution of the third and fourth, we plan that each house will germinate in a few months. The third house of the project will have 24 apartments with 1 to 4 rooms and the fourth, 38, with 1 to 3 rooms. We plan that the first settlers will be able to settle in the new house in the first half of 2022 “, says E. Ripkauskas.
Larger square apartments are also planned in the third house. Settlers will be able to choose between spacious and functionally planned 4-room apartments with an area of up to 100 m2. meters. According to E. Ripkauskas, as soon as the reservations for the third house are started, the most demanded houses can be seen immediately.
Dominated by the two smallest, up to 2 rooms overlooking the river, the old town and larger – 4 rooms 38 apartments are planned in the fourth house; settlers will choose from 1-3 bedroom apartments here.
Reservations for this last house will begin next week, so the fastest will still have the opportunity to choose from the most attractive houses that best meet the needs of a family or a young person.
