Not only were the verbal comments made to the two drivers of the vehicles, but the validity of the mandatory technical inspection of the vehicle (Article 417 (7) of the ANC of the Republic of Lithuania) was also annulled and a protocol was drawn up for the moped driver in accordance with article 415 of the ANC. 2 because the vehicle was not registered in the prescribed manner.
