The person belonged to the 75-80 age group and had comorbidities, reports ELTA.

According to DELFI, Agnė Zuokienė, a volunteer at the hospital, is eager to carry out further tests at the hospital, because the people who work there would like to know the real situation and separate the recovering patients as soon as possible.

Three deaths from the virus were reported Monday.

According to NVSC Director Rolanda Lingienė, two people died in Klaipeda. One of them died at home, the other at Klaipeda University Hospital, although he had also been previously treated by COVID-19 at home and was hospitalized only on April 16.

According to R. Lingienė, one of the people who died in Klaipėda was 58 years old, but had chronic diseases, therefore he belonged to the risk group. However, his state of health allowed him to be treated at home. This man died on April 25.

The second person belonged to the risk group due to his age, he was 87 years old, he was treated at home and hospitalized on April 16 at the Klaipėda University Hospital, where he died.

The third victim was between 70 and 80 years old. A resident of the Vilkaviškis district. The coronavirus was confirmed on Saturday at the Kaunas Clinical Hospital.
