The plot is located between two streets: Vingis and Vyturys. The plot has existing commercial buildings: a pharmacy and an optician. Special conditions of land use apply to the plot: protection zones for communication lines; protection zones for networks and facilities for water supply, rainwater and sewage; Power line protection zones.
The area has flat terrain. The surrounding parcels contain commercial and residential buildings (three and more apartments). The closest residential apartment building is about 30 meters from the projected building.
