The DP fully admitted his guilt and had no further explanation.
The court found the DP guilty after examining and evaluating the evidence in the case. Taking into account the fact that the man had been previously convicted and had recognized as an extenuating circumstance that the man had confessed to the crime and had pity, the DP court imposed a reduction of one third of the fine of 3,400 euros.
The judgment can be appealed to the Klaipėda Regional Court within 20 days via the Klaipėda District Chamber of the Klaipėda District Court.
