The skins for buyers will be distributed at the information booth. In smaller stores where there are no information boxes, the masks will be distributed in one of the regular boxes. The masks will be distributed as long as the municipalities have quarantine.
“We invite residents of these regions to plan their purchases and go to stores as little as possible. I would also like to remind you that the Barbora Express network was expanded in the spring and pickup stations have appeared in many cities across the country. choosing them, shoppers will be able to buy all the necessary products without having to go to the store, ”says E. Dapkienė in a press release.
Buyers only need to order the necessary products online, on the website www.barbora.lt, and they will be collected by Maxima employees. Items can be picked up at a location marked with special Barbora symbols from 10 am to 8 pm.
The stores of the aforementioned retail chain are currently subject to more stringent hygiene requirements: trolleys and baskets and other miscellaneous surfaces are regularly disinfected, and fresh air circulation is increased for ventilation of the stores.
The network has covered its current and future employees with special insurance against coronavirus. Employees receive the necessary protective equipment: medical masks or safety shields, gloves, hand sanitizer liquids. Temperature is measured for employees on a daily basis. If workers are feeling unwell, have symptoms of a cold or flu, they are asked to stay home.
