Forward Filip Petrušev, 21, 210cm tall, who moved to the Turkish team in the summer, added 20 points, 8 rebounds, a passing result, 2 interceptions and 2 blocks.
Krunoslav Simon had 19 points, 2 rebounds and 9 assists.
Sergio Rodríguez was the most productive on the Armani Exchange, scoring 14 points.
Jerian Grant added 11 points (2/2 double, 1/4 trit, 4/4 penalty).
The two teams will meet again on Saturday.
