The victim was a 15-year-old adolescent (with the right to drive) and was taken to hospital. The moped has not been subjected to a mandatory fitness to drive test, which is not covered by the mandatory liability insurance.
After the sixth night, in the rain, in the parking lot of the capital, Saltoniškių street, in a parking lot, an Audi A4, driven by a 31-year-old citizen of the Arab Republic of Egypt, collided with a pedestrian. A 58-year-old woman was injured and was taken to hospital.
Another pedestrian at night, according to preliminary data, was injured in the Šilutė district, Vilkyčiai village. After the 9th, in the rain, a 43-year-old man (2.22 per thousand of poisoning) was found lying on the sidewalk, possibly hit by a car. The vehicle has left the scene. During the dark hours of the day, the pedestrian did not have any reflective elements of light.
On the sixth night, in the Kėdainiai district, on the Jonava – Kėdainiai – Šeduva highway, a VW Passat, driven by a sober 45-year-old man, collided with an Opel car, which was a Renault car. A Volkswagen driver was injured and hospitalized, and was determined to be intoxicated at 2.19 per thousand.
According to preliminary data, there were 21 traffic accidents per day (36.2% of all accidents): collisions of vehicles with animals hitting the road (people were not injured).
