A. Navaln, who is currently being treated at the Charite clinic in Berlin, felt ill on August 20 when he was flying from Siberia to Moscow. He initially spent two days in a Russian hospital and was later transferred to Germany.

“Two independent laboratories in France and Sweden and a specialized laboratory in the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) have confirmed that Novičiok was in my body and in my body,” said a critic of the Kremlin in his first blog post after waking up from a eat.

He noted that Russia has yet to launch an investigation, and Russian talk shows have a version that the attack was planned and carried out by Western intelligence officials or his own colleagues.

“I was not expecting anything else,” he wrote.

Navaln also demanded that Russian officials return her clothes, which had been taken “completely naked” before being flown to Germany, as this is a major allegation.

“Since ‘Novičiok’ was found on my body, and poisoning by physical contact is very possible, my clothes are a very important culprit,” he wrote.

“I demand that my clothes be carefully packed in a plastic bag and returned,” the opposition added.

In another Instagram post, Navalnas posted a photo of himself and his wife, Julia, adding that he had little recollection of his illness, but that it helped him recover.

“Now I know from experience that love heals and brings life back to life,” he wrote. “Julia, you saved me, and left it in the neurobiology textbooks.”

Navaln supporters and European leaders say the use of nerve-crippling material indicates the attack was sanctioned by the state.

The Kremlin called the accusations “absurd”.
