This, according to a police spokesperson, occurred two days after police fined the swimmer for participating in an illegal race and deprived him of the right to drive for three months.

According to R. Matonis, a decision has not yet been made on a new fine for a swimmer, since two violations have been committed: speeding 45 km / h and driving without the right to do so.

“I don’t know, the decision has not yet been made. The case is still pending,” said a police spokesman.

The Code of Administrative Offenses imposes a fine of 170 to 230 euros for speeding from 40 to 50 km / h, and a fine of 450 to 700 euros for driving without the right to do so when private.

Šiauliai County Police announced on Monday that nine drivers had been fined for a year for participating in a race, driving a hooligan and speeding for € 225 and disqualification.

Six more drivers received the same sanction as D. Rapšys: a fine of 85 euros and deprivation of rights for three months.

According to the police, another two or three hours of filming are available, which, after analysis, will identify other criminals.
