Clouds will dissipate Monday night, no precipitation expected. After the day is wet, it will freeze at night and form a blister. The ground temperature at 2-7 degrees cold, next to the sea will again be about 0. In the morning the temperature will be slightly negative, you will have to be careful with slippery roads and sidewalks, and during the day the air will heat up to 1 -6 degrees.
