The man first arrived in the city inhabited by the victim in 2013. and not empty, with alcohol and cigarettes that the minor allegedly asked him to buy for some birthday. However, the first church meeting took place with her friend, who, the man said, picked up the items and left. However, the correspondence continued and, as the case writes, he finally managed to meet the thirteen-year-old girl again in the church in the same city. In the messages, they had agreed that she would satisfy the man at hand for a reward, which she did when she met and went to the nearest forest. The same scenario was repeated a second time.
However, in the survey, the minor said that the Vilnius resident did not have enough services of this type and wrote that “he will have to do something else or he will not return.” As the girl testified, the man demanded oral sex.
The convict and the minor met again in 2014. At the beginning of the summer, the minor satisfied him with his hand in the car and performed an oral, for which he received LTL 100. Then he communicated again with messages and met in September when the girl needed money to prepare for the new school year. Their meeting continued until 2015. The convict paid 100 litas, and then 30-40 euros. According to the minor, it was written when he needed money.
As the thirteen-year-old man testified, the much older man made increasing demands: He declared that if he wanted to earn more, he would have to make love. When that happened, the man paid her € 80, but the girl specifically asked for larger sums so that she didn’t have to do it often. Another moment like this happened when I needed money for a hundredth. The abuser liked to film the sexual acts performed and asked the minor to do the same. All of this later became evidence in the case.
The victim also claimed that the man knew about his age because he had mentioned it in previous meetings, sometimes picked it up from school, denied sharing his phone number on an adult dating site, and that he did not know how the defendant obtained your number.
The boy with the smart
The circle of victims: only increased
Some of the girl’s classmates began to wonder out loud where she got so much money from. There have also been rumors that there is an “old man” who brings what you ask for, completes the phone bills, gives money to satisfy his sexual needs. Four younger friends asked to share this man’s phone number.
One of them said that the girls, after noting down his number, started dating the man, but wrote to him only a month later. Introducing himself not in his own name, he said he was 15 years old, to which he said the defendant had reacted quite normally. In additional correspondence, he was asked to complete his telephone bill, which he did. True, she asked for it after meeting him live to meet him orally, but then she refused.
After a negative response, he offered to meet up anyway and the minor landed. There was no sex during the first meeting, in his words, he just sat in the car and talked about family and other things. However, the victim did not remember when the first sex took place, but after that, the man asked to meet a few times a week, they had a relationship, for which the girl paid the money and things. According to the minor, it was written when she needed money.
He told another friend, who also wanted a refill. Then, about ten times, they came out in two and continued to meet the needs of Vilnius residents in the car. The dirty actions with these minors were also filmed and photographed by the man. When they later tried to refuse to meet, they threatened to make those images public. The acquaintance with whom he was familiar at one time was so scared, as the case may be, that he even attempted suicide.
Similar dating stories took place with the other five minors in the city, a man who wrote them messages and urged them to get together, buying everything they asked for, paying for sex, usually taking him from church and taking him to the surrounding forest. Some girls even drowned or cried at first, but the convict did not stop him.
The girls’ parents explained in subsequent testimonies that they only found out about the man at the beginning of the police investigation, although they had previously noticed money of unknown origin from their daughters. Almost everyone stated that when they asked the girls about it, they got the answer that they gave each other.
A mysterious call to school
According to the case, the principal of the school where the girls studied in 2016. In May, he received a call from a man who did not want to show up and asked him angrily if he knew “about the ugly things that existed at school.” When asked what he was referring to, they told the principal that at least seven schoolgirls had illegal sex with a certain man and why the educational institution was not taking steps to stop him.
After this conversation, which ended uncomfortably for both parties, the director wrote a statement and asked the police to start an investigation. It was later revealed that one of the teens’ uncles was calling.
It turned out that even before this call to school, he found out in late April about his daughter who had run away from home. His mother was suspected of receiving strange messages from a stranger on the phone and found money, so she threatened to contact the police if the minor did not explain what it all meant. The minor was very scared and fled to Kaunas, where he hid in an abandoned building all night, did not answer the calls and only in the morning, with the help of the police, his relatives managed to find him.
A relative also said she found out about the money found in the girl and a mysterious man who sometimes picked up his daughter after school. He had the impression that the girl was not sitting in someone else’s car, he thought that the school should know something more about it. For all these circumstances and called the director. He was later informed of the investigation. He also wanted to report possible exploitation of minors or human trafficking to the police, but was unsuccessful.
Police launched an investigation and eventually detained a Vilnius resident at the crime scene near the cemetery, with another minor from the city involved in his sales network.
A Vilnius resident received a court ruling in 2019, articles of the Penal Code on sexual abuse of minors, exploitation of minors and minors for the production of pornographic products, production and possession of pornographic products with minors and minors, sexual relations were applied to him. with minors, minors. . To summarize all the crimes, the man was sentenced to 10 years in prison while in a correctional institution. He also filed an appeal, but it was dismissed.

Of course, when such a crime occurs between strangers, not families, not close people, there is always a chosen defensive tactic that supposedly does not know the true age of the victims. However, this is only a defense, because the behavior of this man showed that he understood perfectly how old they were, because he was looking for girls of this age and was even very important to him, “said the prosecutor.
Mr. Kiššin also emphasized that when searching for victims of this age, the man knew how to deal with them and used certain psychological ways to access and gain confidence in them, and then obtain the kind of actions he had hoped for from the beginning.
