Ford Mustang is on wheels on bustling Galvės Street on the outskirts of Vilnius. The car, which cost almost 40,000 euros and was only a couple of years old, was severely damaged.
The exclusive car was destroyed when the driver of another car tried to rearrange it. Four vehicles crashed during a reckless maneuver.

Shortly after eleven o’clock, it was announced that four cars had collided from the Trakai side onto Galvės Street: a Toyota Auris and an Opel, a Ford Mustang freight bus, and a Mercedes Benz truck. It was very fortunate that people were not injured in this accident. The traffic on the site is very dense, there are almost always a lot of cars.
It turns out that the accident under the viaduct was caused by a Toyota driver: he thought about changing, turned around, but did not see if the lane he was trying to change to was clear. Toyota probably blocked the Mustang and hit a bus.
And the driver of the Mustang said he tried to avoid the collision, but failed. The overturned car skidded onto the asphalt, then stretched out the tail of sparks.
People, fearing that the car would catch fire, instantly jumped out of the overturned car as soon as it stopped. The truck was also obstructed during the accident.
Toyota was hit relatively lightly, the young driver was not injured, but the girl was shocked after the incident – apparently shocked by the news of the loss. They must be reimbursed by insurance.
There were large traffic jams at the crash site, police officers regulated traffic, and crashed cars rushed out. Ford’s luxury technical support service did not open: the driver did not have the experience and the simplest tools needed: wooden blocks, extra ropes to hang them properly behind both wheels.
Perhaps even in a rush to clear the traffic, he simply loaded the car with the wheels up, to everyone’s surprise – perhaps the Mustang is already so damaged that there will be no further damage, but it is not safe to transport the car this way. Even seniors from the highway police say they haven’t seen anyone transport a wrecked car like that.
