The plans for the ACB League to start today in Spain are plagued by a coronavirus.

The Spanish league has officially announced that it will cancel three first-round matches in the teams due to COVID-19 cases.

On Friday, the postponement of the match between Joventut de Badalona and Unicaja de Málaga was announced due to a case of coronavirus in the latter team, and today two more postponed matches were announced.

The ACB announced that the Obradoiro CAB team, represented by Laurynas Birutis and Laurynas Beliauskas, as well as Casademont de Zaragoza, had been diagnosed with coronavirus and that their matches with Montakit de Fuenlabrada and Iberostar de Tenerife, respectively, had been postponed .

The identities of people infected with the virus are not published.

The postponed match is reported to be played as soon as possible, but team members must first be tested for COVID-19.
