Champagne Shalon-Reims Basket Club has officially announced that a 21-year-old defender from Lithuania will leave the team Arnas Velička.
A notice distributed by the club indicates that the contract is terminated by mutual agreement. When Dominic Waters joined the team, A. Velicka’s number of playing minutes decreased, so it was decided that it would be better for a Lithuanian to continue his career elsewhere.
It was soon officially announced that A. Velička had joined the ranks of the Lowen club in Braunschweig. He signed a contract before the end of the season.
A.Velička spent an average of 25 minutes on the field in the French championship, during which he scored 11.4 points, bounced 2.8 balls, had 5.2 assists and accumulated 15.1 utility points.
