On Tuesday around 10 o’clock, a citizen message was received that a tractor driver clearing snow in the Trakai district, Aukštadvaris city, was behaving strangely: he was pushing the cleared snow off the road towards the entrances to the patios of the house.
In response to the report, the Trakai district police officers stopped a tractor driven by a 58-year-old local resident near the city of Aukštadvaris. The driver’s sobriety was immediately checked. Both blows on the breathalyzer showed the same result: 0.64 avg. alcohol, reports the Vilnius County Police.
The driver was immediately removed from driving the vehicle and an administrative violation report was drawn up. You are subject to a fine of between 800 and 1100 euros and a disqualification to drive from one year to a year for six months or a disqualification to drive from six months to a year and the prohibition of driving vehicles without anti-alcohol engine locks of one. year to one year six months.
The tractor, which belongs to one of the farmers in the Trakai district, was returned to the owner.
