A commemorative plaque unveiled in Vilnius Old Town in Totorių st. 3, where S. Kairys in 1917-1918. not only lived, but also actively expressed himself in the activities of the Lithuanian Council, edited the newspaper “Darbo rafts”, created and edited the Law of February 16 with like-minded people.

According to the party report, this project, which lasted many years, was implemented by the Stephen Kairis Foundation.
