18 years August Marčiulionis Extended cooperation with Vilnius Rytas Club. One of the most promising young Lithuanian basketball players will continue his career in the capital, as will his father, the legendary player “Statybos” and the symbol of Vilnius basketball Šarūnas Marčiulionis.
Augustus became another successful student of the capital’s basketball pyramid, crossing all circuits and reaching the top of the men’s team.

Last season, A. Marčiulionis showed great progress in the NKL league and entered the symbolic top 5. He was also recognized as the league’s most advanced and best young player. The Perlo defender scored an average of 15.3 points in each game, making 5.8 res. transfers and collected 16.6 profit points each.
