A shocking testimony of a woman

The man returned from prison in 2020 on July 1. But together the couple did not live long, only a few months. The woman said they lived together, eating, buying food and alcohol together. He always gave his money to a roommate.

They lived amicably while the partner was sober, but when she drank, there was constant violence against her. In such cases, she did not defend herself, but instead left the house.

In July, according to the woman, she experienced male violence twice. She admitted that the two were drunk for a few days in a row.

On July 27, Regina Č. went with his roommate to this brother, where he drank alcohol. He drank cider and vodka as a roommate. They had drunk alcohol before.

On the way home, they bought more alcohol. In the store he bought 4 bottles of champagne, 3 bottles of vodka (1 liter capacity) and 3 bottles (1 liter each) of beer. He returned to the cottage in the garden by taxi.

There was a conflict between her and her roommate at home. The conflict, according to the woman, was started by a roommate who had not found her cell phone in any way.

He took the drawer from the table and first hit the woman on her back. According to her, the drawer even broke. Then he hit his partner on the leg with a broom. He was in great pain from the blows.

Angry for a few minutes, she drank a liter of vodka. After taking the board in the room, he hit the roommate who was sitting on the bed 4-5 times.

After the blows, the man fell from the bed to the floor. Then another woman hit him on the same board many times from the sides because she was angry and scared that the victim would not get up and hurt her.

The roommate was left sprawled on the floor at the table. She saw him lift his leg as he lay down. Realizing that he was recovering and wanting to impress her, he pulled an ax from the kitchen and struck the victim’s left leg with it.

Then he picked up the bloody board again and smashed it once against the man’s nose. The woman admitted that the blows were strong. She was angry and was afraid that only he would not get up and hit her.

Remember all the blows inflicted on the victim, that is, she was hit on the head, sides, nose, eyes, and with an ax one or three times on the knee. After these acts of violence, he left the house.

The victim was left lying on the ground. He did not speak or move. Regina Č. He said that he didn’t want to kill the roommate, but that he didn’t care if he was alive.

The woman wanted her to suffer as much as she suffered. He stressed that the roommate was injured because he was violent towards her.

Decision of the Court

The court ruled Regina Č. plead guilty to the brutal murder of a loved one. The woman was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison in a prison.
