The new project proposals were presented to the public for consideration in the Vilnius City Municipality. They present plans for a new shopping center near the Molėtai highway. The one-story shopping center will be planned in a U-shape and a parking lot will be installed next to the shopping center, where it will be possible to park more than 500 cars at a time. This shopping center will have almost 17,000 m2 zone. For comparison, the total commercial area of the Europa Tres shopping and leisure center is 18,000 m2.
The traffic light intersection on Molėtai Road will be widened
The project proposals indicate that at the current intersection of Molėtai Highway and Molėtų Street, it is planned to extend the intersection to the other side by constructing a new Dangerutis Street.
A chain of stores will be located in the new shopping center. It is true that it is not specified what type of retail chain will be located. There are 3 large commercial areas from 1,700 m2 up to 4,000 m2 and several dozen commercial and service premises of various sizes.
It is planned to transplant the trees on the plot, which will interfere with the new building, to another location on the plot.

- Number of parking spaces – 506 units. (above ground parking);

- The project proposals were prepared by the architects of the UAB 313, project manager – Justinas Žalys.
