Arnas said that after shopping at the Iki store on Mindaugo Street, he sat on a bench and saw a security guard carrying a homeless person.

It seemed strange to the boy that they both did not go to the security room but to the bathroom.

“It was very strange to me why they were going there. Then I heard thumps and groans. I turned on the camera, I went to that door, I opened it, ”Arnas said.

What happened next was captured on shocking video.

At first, the guy was in shock, and the outgoing security guard asked him to delete the record and separate.

“It just came to our knowledge then. Then I saw that with a paper the security guard returned the homeless to the bathroom, and then I called the police. I thought I would threaten the homeless not to complain to anyone. After everything is a vulnerable person “, 15 minutes Arnas said.

But what surprised him the most was the reaction of the store staff. According to the guy, he got the impression that they couldn’t help but see what was happening and he tolerated it.

Also, once the situation got worse, the staff started threatening him themselves.

“When I was filming, I was attacked by the ‘By’ staff. They said they are already calling the administration, the administration is banning filming in the mall. They said they were about to sue me because I was filming in a store, filming employees, what right did I have to do. You see, I defended the man, and his position is to hide his tail ”, said the interlocutor.

According to Arno, when the police arrived at the scene, the homeless initially said they had no claims.

“But then he complained that his legs hurt because he had been beaten. When asked if he would write a statement, he says I can’t write. The investigator then asked him if he would write to him, would you sign? The guy remembered the situation.

Initiated a pre-trial investigation

The Lithuanian police have already publicly thanked Arn for his citizenship on Facebook. Representative of the Police Department 15 minutes reported that as a result of this fact, a pre-trial investigation into self-government has already been initiated under article 294 of the Penal Code.

“It doesn’t matter if a person has stolen something, this behavior of a security guard cannot be tolerated. As a result of this incident, the capital city police launched a pre-trial investigation. Thanks to the civic for filming and reporting to the police. No go away, “police said on Facebook.

Žydrūnas Bukauskas, Director of the Security Department of the Grifs AG Security Service, told delfi.lt that the security guard had been removed from work due to the incident and that an official inspection was underway.

By the way, this is not the first such incident to appear in public. In late 2017, a Grifs AG security guard brutally beat a teenager in a store. He was later prosecuted for violation of public order, found guilty but acquitted on bail.
