The launch of the Teacher Tests was announced in late January.
According to the minister, the diminishing scope of symptomatic tests allows more preventive tests to be carried out, both in molecular tests (PCR) and in antigen or antibody tests.
“This opens up new opportunities for us, now we will further expand voluntary testing,” said A. Dulkys.
According to him, the conditions for preventive examinations of pedagogues, specialists who provide psychological assistance and psychotherapeutic services, have recently been created.
“This week, in turn, we will think about what other groups could be involved in these preventive tests. (…) Seeing what our limits are, what are the possibilities of the laboratories, we plan to provide a certain space to the municipalities so that can offer, according to their specificities, which areas need preventive tests, ”said A. Dulkys.
According to him, these tests are very important when making decisions about the release of quarantine in specific municipalities.
